Anyone with a Clubbel account can ask for it to be deleted, at any time and without having to explain why.
There are two ways, and they lead to the same result.
In the Clubbel app: Menu โ Delete account. The request goes through immediately, without passing through us.
It is the fastest way and you do not have to wait for any reply.
If you no longer have access to the app, or you would rather write to us, send an email to dpo@clubbel.com from the address you signed up with.
All we ask is that you confirm it is you: no documents, no forms.
Your name, email, photo and all profile data are removed: bio, city, province, phone, gender, date of birth and the music genres you had chosen.
The sessions open on every device and push notifications are removed too.
Events published by a venue, an artist or a promoter you managed stay: they are content on a public page, not your personal data, and they live on even when the account that entered them is gone.
Data we are required by law to keep also stays, such as accounting records of any payments.
From the app, deletion is immediate. By email we answer within 30 days, as the GDPR requires, though it usually takes a few working days.
From that moment the account cannot be recovered: to come back to Clubbel you have to sign up again.
