Terms and Conditions of Use

Clubbel is a platform that shows live music events on a map: concerts, dj sets, club nights and cultural events with music. It is available on the website and through the iOS and Android apps.

By using Clubbel you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 14 years old to sign up. Below 14, the consent of the holder of parental responsibility is required
• You can sign up with email and password or with your Google account
• The details you enter must be true and up to date
• Your credentials are personal: you are responsible for what happens from your account
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be suspended

If you think someone else is using your account, write to info@clubbel.com right away.

• User — looks for events, saves them and follows venues, artists and organisers
• Venue — manages its own listing and events
• Artist — manages their profile and appears in event line-ups
• Organiser — publishes their own events, also together with venues and artists

Managing a venue, an artist project or an organisation happens on request, after a check on our side. We may ask for documents proving entitlement, and may refuse or revoke management if the check does not succeed.

By using Clubbel you undertake to:

• provide true information and keep it up to date
• not publish events that do not exist, are misleading or are not yours
• not publish offensive or unlawful content, or content infringing others' rights
• not use the platform to harass, deceive or harm other people
• not try to access areas or accounts that are not yours
• not scrape platform data automatically without our consent

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account and remove the content you published.

The content you upload stays yours. By publishing it on Clubbel you grant us a free, non-exclusive licence to show it on the platform and to promote the events it relates to, including on our own channels.

By uploading content you declare you hold the rights to it and may publish it. We may remove content that breaches these terms or third-party rights.

The Clubbel name, logo, design, texts and software belong to Clubbel S.r.l. and are protected by Italian and international law. You may not reproduce or use them without our written consent.

Trademarks, logos and content of venues, artists and organisers on the platform remain theirs.

The map also shows venues, artists and organisers that do not have an account yet. The information comes from public sources, including public Instagram profiles, and serves an informational and promotional purpose.

Being on the map does not imply a partnership, an affiliation or a commercial relationship with Clubbel. Trademarks and distinctive signs remain with their owners and are used only to identify the venue or the event.

Anyone who owns a listed business may at any time:

• claim their listing and manage it directly, by proving they are entitled to it
• ask for correction of inaccurate information
• ask for removal of the listing from the platform

Requests go to info@clubbel.com and are handled within a reasonable time.

• Clubbel provides the service "as is", without warranties of any kind
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of event information, which is published by venues, artists and organisers
• We are not responsible for what happens at events, which are run by third parties
• We are not responsible for content published by users, which remains their responsibility
• We do not guarantee the service is always available and uninterrupted: we may suspend it for scheduled or urgent maintenance

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Clubbel is free for people looking for events, for artists and for those who publish. We do not process payments, we do not sell tickets and we take no cut on admissions.

Event pages may show a stated admission price and a link to an external ticketing site. The purchase happens entirely on that site, under its own terms: Clubbel is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the sale, the refund or the validity of the ticket.

If we introduce paid features in the future, terms and prices will be shown before you subscribe.

We may change these terms, for instance when the platform changes. Changes are published here and, when significant, announced inside the app or by email.

Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them you can close your account.

You can close your account whenever you want, from the app or by writing to info@clubbel.com.

On closure, your name and email are replaced with anonymous values and you can no longer sign in. What happens to the remaining data is described in the Privacy Policy. If you want full erasure, ask for it at dpo@clubbel.com.

We may close an account that breaches these terms, giving notice except where the law prevents it.

These terms are governed by Italian law.

Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, under art. 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). If you are not a consumer, the court of Rimini has jurisdiction.
